Senior .NET Developer

JobsEngine is recruiting Senior .NET Developers for promising job opportunities in the EU. All visas and required paperwork will be prepared or assisted with by the hiring organisation. Ideal candidates will have skills and qualifications from the following list of requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience developing and shipping application code
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer certification
  • Excellent knowledge of .Net C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML and CSS
  • 3+ years professional experience in software design and development of systems with strong experience with .NET Framework
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibility
  • Team player, capable of both collaborating with others and providing guidance when needed
  • A multitasker who can move between different projects, with a strong judgment for priorities
  • Good knowledge of Scrum or willingness to learn and adopt it quickly
  • Experience with agile development practices, including unit testing and continuous integration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft-based OS and technologies, such as Windows Server, Windows 7 and 8, IIS, or services management
  • A desire to constantly learn and share new knowledge, be it through reading a book, writing a blog post or making presentations


Ideal candidates will be expected to perform tasks from the following list of responsibilities:

  • Using Scrum to design, develop, and release high quality custom software solutions
  • Applying technical agile practices when building custom software solutions
  • Improving code quality through writing unit tests, automation, and performing code reviews, and responsibility for testing own code before Systems Test and QA Test phases begin
  • Collaborating with our clients to provide technical consultation and assistance when needed; interacting with clients to build custom-specific software solutions that add value to their business
  • Leading and mentoring associate and junior developers
  • Ensuring projects are finished as per schedule, that deadlines are met and that bugs are fixed in a timely manner
  • Using non-client time for personal training, internal projects and administrative tasks
