Ideal candidates will have skills and qualifications from the following list of requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or a related field and has at least 5 years of experience working at a senior within an industry
  • Strong business background, experience with controlling and reporting in large multinationals
  • A well-adjusted charismatic finance professional, achieving business targets timely and successfully in a competitive international business environment
  • An excellent communicator, confident and self-motivated, with good interpersonal and strong influencing skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Qualified accountant: ACA, CIMA, ACCA
  • Experience with computerized accounting systems and PC software applications.
  • Demonstrates positive interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Attentive to details, highly organized, and able to demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Capable of accomplishing administrative assignments and projects independently, to work well as a part of a team, and to exercise sound judgment in setting priorities
  • Able to collaborate effectively and diplomatically with various sectors under a variety of high pressure circumstances
  • Able to communicate their work ethics and project a positive image


Ideal candidates will be expected to perform tasks from the following list of responsibilities:

  • Setting commitment and expenditure controls, managing cash, creating comprehensive and timely management reports
  • Providing situtional analysis and insight
  • Dealing with risk management and compliance
  • Ensuring financial and operational excellence through detailed management of revenue/profit, operational expenses, working capital and capital investment in order to meet the agreed plans
  • Cross functional leadership
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and update documentation as necessary
  • Creating reports and document analysis for management review
  • Working with the SCC to support operational tasks with expense reports (i.e., payroll, clinical, education)
  • Supporting financial management with long term projections and plans of action in accordance with overall corperate visions and goals
  • Recording program data in SAP
  • Reconciling data
  • Preparing payment requests to distribute funds
  • Promoting diversity by working to develop a culture of tolerance and mutual respect
  • Other duties as the need arises
